Dear Diva,

Roll up your sleeves, fill your shopping buggy with every leafy green you can get your hands on and prepare to get your families, co-workers, kids, neighbours and clergymen on a 3 Day Program that’ll knock their proteined socks off!

It's practically common knowledge that 3 days is the perfect amount of time to put something new in place. We've already got a 7 Day Diva Detox, but honestly, even THAT has been a struggle for a lot of our clients.

Most people who have done a detox or diet before, will tell you that if you can get over the third day, you're home free. Whether it's detoxing, dieting, or implementing a new habit, 3 Days means VICTORY!

We decided that 3 days would be just right to give people the chance to try green smoothies and still get some impressive results. We also knew that in order to  make this a program that ANYONE could approach, we have to consider some other factors.

Our Requirements For the PERFECT Green Program:

  • Must be doable - not too overwhelming!
  • Must be approachable for new comers!
  • Must consider families!
  • Must not require fancy equipment!
  • Must be FUN!!

Well, we managed to meet our own requirements. The program is simple. It's designed for people who have NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE or knowledge about the Raw Food Diet--it's a gentle, practical introduction to raw foods for ANYBODY that brings results!

(Which is not to say that old time raw foodists won't have a great time, because you will. And you may just surprise yourself and learn something new along the way!)

**This program does NOT have to be 100% Raw!**

Perfect! 

Again, this 3 Day Challenge is designed to be a super approachable program for ANYBODY! We're literally starting from the ground up with clarity on things like, "What is a vegetable?" "What is a fruit?" You may surprise yourself at how little you actually know about the basics! 

Remember, this isn't just for women! We strongly encourage you to get your men onboard the Green Smoothie Challenge! 

What if I want more than 3 days, or a more advanced program?

Ah-ha! Great question and we salute your enthusiasm!

We're planning an upcoming product that will really have everything you wanted to know about Greens, and a more long term Green Challenge! We'll keep you posted on that as soon as it becomes available.

What do I need to be able to participate?

A nearby grocery store or market with a plentiful source of fruits and greens and of course, you'll need a decent blender. 

You don't need a power blender, but it obviously makes for smoother smoothies. For this 3 Day Challenge, if you don't have a blender, just hit your local hardware store, pick up a decent blender that will crush ice, and you'll be just fine! 

Shouldn't really cost much more than 30-50$. Fortunately, most people have an old blender kicking around in their cupboards! 

Will you provide recipes?

Yes, we will be providing recipes, kitchen tips and all you need to get through the 3 Day Challenge. Don't worry! We've said we'll make this simple, and we will!

When does it start?

Anytime! Once you have registered, you'll start receiving all the information you'll need via email, right away, so you can start whenever you'd like!

I thought that you were sending thousands of same emails with the name changed by a program, but this email sounds really personal, so I can't not answer to it.

I'm enjoying my 3-day green smoothie challenge. It feels like I'm on a not-so-good-for-you food binge. Everything I make is delicious and both my kids and husband drink all the smoothies too. I'm the only one living on them, they drink them as a treat. Isn't that great?

I made a smoothie from one of your recipes - apple, spinach, grapes and raspberries. I used black raspberries, so the smoothie wasn't green (even with a ton of spinach in it), but had a delicious deep purple color. It was wonderful!

Another new thing (for me) is parsley.... I didn't think I'll like it, but I had to try (mango, banana, parsley, water). It had such a fresh taste that I crave it.... and I'll make another batch to take to work tomorrow.

"I must say that I love the Rawdiva website. It's really educational and a lot of fun to read and I love all the great recipes.  I look forward to my emails every day.

I have been participating in the 3 day challenge and I even have gotten my Mom involved and now shes addicted too!! 

I have been on green smoothies for about 2 months now and I am so addicted!   I have been eating them for breakfast and lunch but having a healthy solid food dinner.  I work in a restaurant so its a little hard! :)   I recently bought the book "Green for Life", its great to see you reference it.

My favorite smoothies have tons of greens!!  Kale is my favorite but I'm really trying to change it up...  I made one the other day ..

Of course the accountability has helped me on my journey to healthful eating, regular excerise and such. Additionally people like Viv, Rosetta, Keely  and Julia (just to name a few) were wonderful.
