I recently dined at a great raw food restaurant here in Orlando and had this great drink. I wanted to re-create it adding parsley, and share it with everyone because I can’t get the taste out of my mind.

My favorite green smoothie is: 2 c. cold distilled water, 1/4 banana, 1/2 c. berries, 1 slice fresh pineapple, several leaves fresh baby spinach, handful fresh cilantro (stems & all), 4-6 leaves lacinato kale, 1/2 cuke, 1 T. agave nectar, 1 T Carlson’s lemon fish oil, 1 T. spirulina, 1 T. MSM, 1 t. acerola powder. After blending on high in the Vita-Mix, I switch to low and add a teaspoon or 2 of raw cacao nibs.

I tried it and MANNNN!!!! was it good. I didn’t have parsley so I subbed in some spinach. I didn’t know ginger could make that much of a difference in a smoothie. I can’t wait to try it with the parsely.
Thanks for sharing,
